How To Join?

The easiest way to join Arkansas Federal Credit Union is by visiting one of our branch offices. To join, please have a copy of your most recent pay stub showing employment at one of our employee groups that offer Arkansas Federal Credit Union as an employee benefit. If you are joining through an immediate family sponsor, be sure to bring the family member with you to our branch. Also, please have a government issued photo ID for all people who intend to be on the account.

Who Can Join?

Currently, we serve:

  • Little Rock Air Force Base
  • Camp Pike
  • Camp Robinson
  • Fort Chaffee
  • military reservists and national guardsmen throughout Arkansas
  • the majority of federal employees in Arkansas
  • all employees of the State of Arkansas
  • select county employees
  • select city employees
  • immediate family members of current members
  • and over 300 employer groups located in Arkansas

If you or someone in your immediate family is employed by one of these established groups or is already a member of the credit union, we can establish your eligibility.

How Can My Company Join?

Employees

If you are an employee and would like for your company to offer Arkansas Federal Credit Union as a benefit, print the
"I want AFCU" letter and give it to your Human Resources or Benefits department and ask them to contact the Marketing Department at 501-533-2219.

Human Resources & Benefits Personnel

If you are a Human Resources director or Benefits specialist and would like to offer Arkansas Federal Credit Union as a free benefit to your employees, please call the Marketing Department at 501-533-2219.

Steps To Complete For Group Membership

    Sample Letter - retype on your letterhead filling in the blanks with your information.

    Group Profile - fill in blanks with your information including the survey results.

Once we have received your request, the approval process will take only a few days to be approved by our regulator, the National Credit Union Administration and then by our Board of Directors.
