How to Join

It’s never been easier to join Arkansas Federal. Simply go online or drop by a branch to open a new account or book a new loan to start enjoying better rates, fewer fees, and friendlier service.

Eligibility

Do you live or work in Arkansas? Do you have a family member who is a member? If your answer is yes to either of those questions, then you are eligible. That’s all it takes! No military, state or government affiliation required to join.

Prefer to join us as an employee or member of one of our more than 700 employers and organizations? If you live outside of Arkansas and are part of one of these groups, you may be eligible too! These groups chose to partner with us so their employees could have access to our amazing rates and outstanding service!

What is a Credit Union?

Proud Member of ACC

Arkansas Federal has partnered with the Arkansas chapter of the American Consumer Council to provide members with helpful consumer educational resources and a way to allow all Arkansans to be eligible to join Arkansas Federal. There is a one-time $10 joining fee charged by the American Consumer Council, which Arkansas Federal will pay on your behalf.

Federally Insured

Arkansas Federal accounts are federally insured by the NCUA up to $250,000 – providing the same benefits of FDIC insurance for a bank account.
