Keba Caswell: Finding the Right Fit at Arkansas Federal

It didn’t take long for insurance agent Keba Caswell to embrace the culture at Arkansas Federal Credit Union.

A long-time licensed cosmetologist and district manager for salons and retail stores, Keba needed a change of scenery in 2019 after losing her father to cancer.

“I realized how essential family time was,” she said. “It fueled my desire to reduce the chaotic and time-consuming schedule required in the retail world.”

Keba’s most satisfying moments come when she can help translate the “tangled web of confusing insurance jargon” into terms the member can understand. “This can make a huge difference to the member to truly understand what they are protecting and why.”
