When opening a business account, we are required to obtain information verifying the business as well as the individuals associated with the business. This list will help you quickly determine the documents needed for your business type.

Sole Proprietorship

  • Acknowledgement of registered name from county where business is registered

Partnership

  • Federal Tax ID Number Letter
  • Partnership Agreement listing/executed by all applicable partners

LLC

  • Federal Tax ID Number Letter
  • Certified Articles of Organization listing/executed by all applicable members
  • Operating Agreement

Corporation

  • Federal Tax ID Number Letter
  • Certified Articles of Incorporation listing/executed by all applicable owners
  • Corporation Bylaws
