Thank you for trusting Arkansas Federal Credit Union with your financial needs. Improvements to the Arkansas Federal debit card program, including an easier way to update your PIN number and a new Debit Rewards Program, were rolled out effective March 5, 2018.

Why is Arkansas Federal Credit Union changing the debit card program?
We are changing the debit card program to improve services and security.

I received a text alert for fraud activiation, is this a valid text?
Yes, as part of our update we are adding additional fraud features. You should have recevied a text from 20733 with the following message: "Arkansas Federal CU Card Fraud Alerts activiation text. Reply YES to confirm your enrollment, HELP for help, STOP to cancel texting. Msg&Data Rates May Apply."

Will my Debit/ATM card number change?
No, your 16-digit card number will not change.

Will I have the same PIN as for my Debit/ATM Card?
Yes, you will have the same PIN that you currently utilize. Beginning March 5, 2018, if you would like to change your PIN, you may do so at your convenience by calling 800-456-3000 and follow the prompts to change your PIN.

What if I do not remember my PIN?
You can call 800-456-3000 to update your PIN at your convenience. 

What if I want to change my PIN?
You can call 800-456-3000 to update your PIN at your convenience.

Will I need to update my expiration date and CVV number with third-party vendors?
No, your card expiration date and CVV code are not changing.

Do I have to update my automatic payment information for third-party payees and merchants?
No, since your card number, expiration date and CVV code are remaining the same there is no new information to provide to third-party payees and merchants.

Will my Visa debit alerts transfer to the new program?
No, your previously established debit alerts will not transfer to the new program. To re-establish Visa debit alerts click here.

Will I be able to use the same ATMs?
Yes, you will be able to use the same ATMs prior to the change.

Will I be able to utilize Arkansas Federal ATMs during the update?
Arkansas Federal ATMs will function during the update, however the balance information may not be current during the early morning hours of March 5th.

Will I be able to utilize my debit card for purchases?
Yes, your debit card will function, however your balance information may not be current.

Will Privilege Pay be available during the update on March 5th?
No, Privilege Pay will NOT be availble on March 5th. If you are enrolled in the Privilege Pay Program for ATM and Debit Card transactions, this service will not be available to authorize these types of transactions, and could result in a decline at the point of sale location.

Will the debit rewards website be changing?
Yes, with the updated program comes a new debit rewards website. However, there will be a three week window following the update in which you will not be able to access the new site.

Will my login for the debit rewards site remain the same?
No, when the new debit rewards website launches you will need to create a new username and password.

Will My CURewards points carry over to the new Rewards Program?
Yes, points accrued under the CURewards program will carry over to the new Rewards Program.

It’s easy to stay informed about activity on your personal Arkansas Federal Debit Rewards Card(s) when you sign up for debit alerts. With Visa Purchase Alerts cardholders are notified in near real-time of transaction activity on their enrolled card(s). Visa Purchase Alerts messages can be sent via e-mail and / or mobile text messages.
