Frequently Asked Questions
How will I know when my eStatement is available for me to view?
Whenever a statement is available, you will receive an email to the address in your profile. To view or update the email address in your profile, log in to online banking and select "Profile & Settings", then "Manage Contact Info."
Where do I view my estatements and eNotices?
You can view your eStatements and eNotices by logging into online banking (or using the Arkansas Federal mobile app). Once logged in, select "Statements" in the menu and you will be able to view notices or your current and past statements.
If I close my account, what happens to my estatements?
Prior to closing your account, you will need to download or print your statements if you wish to retain those for your records.

Log in to Online Banking, in your internet browser or in our mobile app.
Select “Statements” on the left-hand side. (Click the menu button if you are using the mobile app).
Choose “eStatements” and/or “eNotices”
To enroll, just follow the prompts. To enroll in both eStatements and eNotices, you’ll need to do these steps for each product.
1. Mobile Banking users who are on older operating systems may receive a connection warning/error when attempting to access Mobile Banking. Supported mobile operating systems include Android 5.0 and later, iOS 11 (limited support), and iOS 12 and 13.
