Make your business more attractive by offering tangible benefits.
A great mix of benefits can have a dramatic effect on lowering turnover.
Offering a competitive benefits package makes your employees feel valued.
Boost Job Performance
Statistics prove that happy employees are more productive in the workplace.
You want to get the best value for your money while still offering your employees extensive coverage. And striking such a balance isn’t easy. That’s where we come in! We’re brokers, not insurance agents. This means we work specifically for you and your business, rather than the insurance companies. We will vet different plans for you, and provide you with several quotes. We’ll take the time to explain each plan, help enroll your employees, and even assist with the renewal process.
HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES
Although many large companies have a full-time Human Resources (HR) Manager, or even a whole department dedicated to it, most medium to small-sized businesses do not. Consider our consultants an extension of your HR team. Our specialists are committed to understanding the goals and culture of your organization and are available to make sure you have the right coverage, as well as assistance with training, education, wellness, and compliance issues.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is no upfront cost or obligation to meet with us.1
WILL MY ORGANIZATION BE TIED TO A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
Employer contracts are typically in effect for one calendar year. Once you have signed on with an insurance carrier, you are committed to keeping that coverage until the end of the year. Before the end of the year, usually in the fall, you can choose whether you want to renew your insurance carrier or not. Or we can help renegotiate with your current insurance carrier if you would like to make changes. We work for you.
