ALERT: Arkansas Federal May Call You
In an effort to proactively provide assistance to our members at this time, Arkansas Federal Credit Union employees are calling our members to provide a financial wellness check. These calls are legitimate calls, and provide a way for us to help members with their finances in a time of need. The difference between a LEGITIMATE call and a FRAUDULENT call is that Arkansas Federal will NEVER ask for your account numbers, debit or credit card information, passwords or security codes over the phone or via text.
Based on the President’s Coronavirus Guidelines for America on limiting exposure, we have decided to close all of our branch lobbies effective tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18. We want to continue to ensure the safety of our team members while also taking care of our members, and we feel that closing our lobbies is the best way to help protect our teams and the most socially responsible measure to do our part in helping to slow the spread of COVID-19.
