New Online and Mobile Banking

Your new digital banking experience is here!

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide members with the most advanced banking functionality, convenience, and security, we have upgraded our online and mobile banking platform.

Logging In

Existing Online Banking Business User – If you used online or mobile banking before the upgrade, you will use your existing username and password. During the login process, you will be prompted to confirm your identity and create a new password. If you have not logged into online or mobile banking since January 1, 2020, you will need to register as a new user.

New Online Banking Business User – If you’ve never used Arkansas Federal’s online or mobile banking, you will register by providing your first and last name, business tax ID, and business zip code. Then, just follow the on-screen instructions to complete your online banking registration.

Next Steps:

  1. Sub-User Permissions. Establish roles for your sub-users and then assign your sub-users to a role. You must assign a sub-user to a role in order for them to see account details or perform any functions in online and mobile banking.
  2. Account Alerts. Read more on how to re-establish account alerts after the upgrade.
  3. Card Defend Notification. Re-enroll in Card Defend and re-establish your settings, notifications, spending limits, or other restrictions.

Frequently Asked Questions

While many users’ apps will update automatically, if you are experiencing any issues, please uninstall the app, power off your device, then power back on and re-install.

Will I have to re-register for Online Banking?

No. Log in using your current username and password along with a few easy validation steps. However, during the login process, you will be prompted to create a new password.

New Features

Create Roles for Sub-Users

No more one-size-fits-all for sub-users. It’s easier than ever to assign permissions to your sub users using roles. Create as many roles, with varying permission levels, letting you decide how much authority to give them.

Account Analytics

With the ability to auto-categorize your transactions, you can review an analysis of your balance history and spending. If the auto-categorization is not set like you want, you can customize the category to meet your needs.

With our new mobile app, you will be able to view your accounts, balances, and recent transactions at a glance without logging in to the mobile app with Snapshot.

Instant Verification

Lose the hassle of micro-deposits. With instant verification, you can add an external account (account at another financial institution) securely and easily by using credentials for that external account, for near real-time access to your funds.

Connect Accounts from Other Financial Institutions

View not only your Arkansas Federal accounts but also accounts, transaction history, and balances from other financial institutions from one dashboard, including your investment accounts.

NOTE:  This feature enables you to view only. If you wish to be able to do transactions between your Arkansas Federal account and external accounts, you can do this by linking the accounts within the Transfer widget.
