Board of Directors Election

The Nominating Committee is seeking qualified members interested in serving as volunteers on the credit union’s Board of Directors. Two positions will be open for the 2023 Board of Directors Election.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has knowledge, experience, and understanding of governance, leadership, and the business cycle of a large organization; can understand financial statements; thinks strategically; and can work with a dynamic and successful management team and fellow volunteers. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to relate to various personalities and possess a drive towards results for the common good of the organization and its members. Previous experience serving on other boards of directors is desirable. Applicants must be able to attend the monthly meetings virtually or in person at the new headquarters office in Little Rock, Arkansas.
