Volunteer Officials

The credit union community is unique. Member-owned and operated means only credit union members may be a part of the Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee. Unlike our bank counterparts, these officials are also unpaid volunteers voted on by other credit union members. All members, regardless of account size, are entitled to an equal vote in the election of our volunteer officials. Due to this cooperative structure of members serving members, our volunteer officials have a vested interest in the continued success of all members and help guide our policy decisions regarding financial soundness, business strategy, technology, branding, and member services.
