Randy Williamson has dedicated his career to helping small businesses grow through community outreach, education, and financing. As a previous SBA Underwriter, Randy believes that the small business community is the “backbone” of America, which makes him passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. In addition, he brings more than 20 years of experience in lending, commercial real estate brokerage, and business development, bringing unique insight into the SBA lending process. When he’s not helping our local small businesses thrive, you’ll find him traveling and spending time with his wife and family.

Roane Ashmore

Roane enjoys maintaining relationships with members, making sure he’s aware of their business needs, and watching them succeed. He works his hardest to say “yes” for a business owner instead of giving them the harsh “no” banks typically give. An avid outdoors enthusiast, Roane spends his free time fishing at the lake with his family.

A Hot Springs native and avid Hogs fan, David has more than 20 years of experience, including managerial, in the credit industry. Prior to joining the Arkansas Federal team in 2018, he spent 10 years as a commercial lender in Hot Springs helping businesses by developing a consultative approach to building strong and loyal relationships with his clients.

With more than 20 years of commercial and retail banking experience, Jason knows local business and understands the market. In every business relationship, his focus always remains on creating and delivering the best member experience. He will work with you to help identify your specific financial needs and provide tailored solutions to help you maximize your cash flow, streamline operations, and create better efficiencies. When he’s not helping business members, you can find him watching his son, Parker, play baseball or on the beach with the rest of his family, wife, Amiy, and daughter, Bailey.

Josh Harris

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Josh immediately stepped into the banking world as a universal banker. After just a year of assisting others with their overall banking needs, Josh moved into Treasury Management which he says is a “perfect fit.” He enjoys working closely with his clients to help them facilitate the management of their day-to-day operations and reach their financial goals. You may recognize his name as Josh played football for the Arkansas Razorbacks. When he’s not helping others reach their financial goals, you can find him spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Dennis Schuett

With more than 40 years of commercial banking experience, Dennis is a valuable resource for business owners. He understands business owners’ challenges and expertly guides them forward to meet their goals. He has accounting and finance degrees from Hendrix College. He’s also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. You’ll find him calling the hogs in his spare time and enjoying time with his four grandchildren.

She loves learning the story behind their businesses, what drives them, and how she can help them hit their goals. With a sharp eye for detail and a business-savvy mindset, Ashley is always focused on finding the best solutions for her clients. When she’s not at work, you can find Ashley at the arena with her horses, hiking with her pets, or enjoying quality time with her husband while hunting and fishing. She’s also an early riser, starting her days at the gym to stay energized and ready for fun adventures!

Joe Weinsinger, III has more than 30 years of banking experience in Central Arkansas, with a career spanning consumer lending, administration, and commercial relationship management. He enjoys building strong relationships with business owners, taking time to listen, and helping them find the right financing to move their goals forward. A University of Arkansas graduate and lifelong Razorback fan, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and grandchildren, along with hunting, hiking, kayaking, tennis, and classic movies.

Dustin Cole

Dustin Cole joined Arkansas Federal Credit Union in 2008 and now serves as Senior Vice President of Member Business Services. He leads commercial lending, treasury management, and business member strategy, helping businesses across Arkansas find financial solutions that support growth and long-term success. Previously, Dustin served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending, where he helped drive record-setting expansion, including growing Arkansas Federal’s auto lending program beyond $1 billion. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and their two young boys.

Lauren Parrish enjoys helping Arkansas businesses grow by building strong relationships and offering financial solutions that truly fit their needs. She takes pride in working alongside business owners to understand their goals and support them every step of the way. Lauren is actively involved in the financial and business community, serving as President of the RMA Mid-South Chapter and as a founding member of CREW Network. She is also involved with Women in Public Finance and several nonprofit organizations that support women, veterans, and local communities. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys volunteering in Northwest Arkansas, traveling, and spending time with her family.
