Hiring Process

Applying for a new job can be an extensive process leaving you with uncertainty. We would like to help eliminate some of that confusion with a basic overview of what you can expect.

  • Once you have applied your application will be moved into our system.

  • We do not have a specified close date on our positions at this time.

  • We try to set up interviews with in the first 2 weeks of the position being open.

  • Due to the large number of applications we receive we are not able to view all of the application.

  • Once we have reviewed applications for the first round of interviews we will call to set that up at a specified time.

  • The first interview will be with an HR representative to determine culture fit.

  • These interviews will be held in group format (Panel of interviewers and up to 4 candidates)

  • Once culture fit is determined we will send an email letting you know we did not move forward or contact you for the next steps.

  • If moved forward, you will be sent documents to sign electronically for a Background check, Consumer Report check and a Drug Screen.

  • Once the electronic documents are returned, the consumer report will be pulled and reviewed.

  • If all guidelines are met, we will send the application and resume to the Hiring Manager for the position you applied for.

  • The Hiring Manager will then contact you to set up a second interview. (Typically within 5 business days)

  • After the Manager has made their selection the information will be sent back to Human Resources for the Background check to begin (Background typically takes 3-5 business days)

  • Upon clear background results an offer will be made to the candidate.

  • If accepted, the candidates will have 48 hours to take the pre-employment drug screen.

  • New employees will spend the first 3 days of employment in Jacksonville for New Employee Onboarding with HR.
