A Word From Our CEO
Here are a few words from our CEO, Rodney Showmar to welcome you to the team.
Regardless of where you’ll be located, you’ll need to arrive at our headquarters for onboarding and paperwork on your first day. The address is:

When
No later than 9 a.m.
We have a lot to get through on your first day, so please arrive no later than 9 a.m.
Note: HQ doors open at 8:30 a.m.
Where
Headquarters Lobby
Enter through the double doors and have a seat. An HR representative will welcome you at 9 a.m.
Attire
Business Casual
For your first day, please come dressed in business casual attire.
Lunch
It’s on us!
For your first day, we’ll order in, and give you a chance to meet members of our executive team, including the CEO, Rodney Showmar, during this time.
Parking
First-Day Reserved Spots
You’re a VIP on your first day! Look for signs that read, “New Employee Parking.” Once you enter the parking lot from Cantrell, turn left, and you’ll see signs on the front left row. After your first day, though, if you’re a headquarters’ employee, you’ll need to park in any of the clear parking spots shown on the map. The red spots are reserved for members/vendors visiting the branch.

What to bring
Identification. Click here for a list of acceptable forms.
- These must be the actual physical document (no copies).
- You will need to bring 1 document from List A OR 1 document from list B.
- You will also need to bring 1 document from list C.
- If you can’t provide appropriate documentation within three days of hire, it will result in immediate termination of employment per the terms of the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
- Have questions? Reach out to HR before your first day.
Information for Dependents and Beneficiaries
- Make sure you know your dependents/beneficiary’s name, social/tax ID, date of birth, and address.
- If you don’t have any dependents, that’s ok, but you will need at least one beneficiary.
Retail Training Schedule
For all retail positions, the training schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting on your second day. This is only applicable to retail positions.
