Charities of Choice 2023 Totals

At Arkansas Federal Credit Union, we believe in the power of giving back to local communities. That’s why our employees are not just passionate about serving members but also dedicated to making a positive difference in the local communities we serve. Our “Charities of Choice” program is a shining example of this. 

Through this program, our employees can choose one or two local non-profit organizations to donate an hour of pay per pay period in exchange for up to two additional days of PTO per year. The 2023 totals are out, and it’s heartwarming to see that our employees donated over $36,000 to local non-profits, including:

• Alzheimer’s Arkansas – $6,895.72
• American Heart Association – $3,825.84
• Arkansas Children’s Hospital – $5,075.22
• CARTI – $4,190.82
• Easterseals Arkansas – $1,538.90
• Habitat for Humanity – $6,422.14
• JDRF – $3,496.82
• Ronald McDonald House – $5,334.08
